Development Directive have been engaged to oversee completion and delivery of project feasibility analysis, design, town planning approvals, resumption negotiations, tendering and construction of a development over a 6.25 hectare site which will deliver:
• Neighbourhood Shopping Centre with 8,000sqm GFA;
• 1.4 hectares of green space parkland;
• Internal roads and signalised intersection;
• Two future development lots (1ha & 0.3 ha lots).

Located just down the road from Brisbane Airport, the facility contains multi-use spaces for co-working and trade stores.
