Over the past 50 years, we have developed a unique approach to career development, offering a Cadetship and Graduate Programs for students finishing high-school, and recent graduates.

This also involves furthering their careers by preparing them for qualifications with industry associations at various levels. This ensures the consistency and quality of our workforce and has resulted in rapid career progression in-house, with many of our Directors starting out as Mitchell Brandtman Cadets.

We recognise that learning doesn’t begin or end at University, and have an ongoing personal development program that continues where study ends. These courses have also assisted our team in developing all-important ‘soft’ skills needed to be a leader, to negotiate and resolve conflict – all critical skills for our industry.
